Resources / Rollout guide

Before the first check-in.

Plan a workforce software pilot: assign owners, prepare employee records, map sites and shifts, test attendance devices and agree rollout acceptance checks.

01 / Ownership

Decide who owns each part of the process.

Identify the person responsible for employee records, attendance devices, shift configuration, leave decisions and payroll review. Agree who resolves an exception and how an employee asks for help.

02 / Preparation

Map the sites and working rules.

List the sites, departments, employee identifiers, schedules and relevant policies. Check the source and quality of existing records before importing them. Avoid carrying unnecessary personal data into a new system.

03 / Devices

Test the conditions people will actually use.

Check supported devices, camera placement, enrollment, connectivity and offline behavior at the chosen site. Test with the people who will use the system rather than only from the head office.

04 / Pilot

Agree what a successful pilot means.

Choose a limited rollout with clear acceptance criteria. Review captured records, exceptions, employee access and the payroll-preparation handoff. Keep a fallback process until the agreed checks pass.
